1. Overview

     - Tournament Name: 2026 LOTTE Championship Presented by Hoakalei

     - Contract Duration: Date of Agreement ~ December 31, 2026

     - Contract Type: Competitive Bidding

     - RFP: to be sent upon request

2. Agency Requirements

     - The local agency (Hawaii) selection should align with the LPGA’s global standard and consultation

        (should include local agency in the proposal)

     - The agency must operate the tournament at a standard equivalent to that of a top-class international-scale golf tournament

        accepted by the LPGA

     - The agency should provide a team; at least five (5) designated staff who speak both English & Korean,

       who can execute and coordinate with all respective groups for each area of service

       * This designated team should commit to the LOTTE Championship full-time,

         at least for three (3) months leading up to the tournament (July through October, 2026)

     - The agency should not have any other project during the 3-week period of the LOTTE Championship: September 20 through October 10

3. Key Dates

     - Wednesday, March 18: Request for Proposal Announcement

     - Monday, March 23: Agency Notice of Intent Submission (via e-mail)

     - Wednesday, March 25: Pre-bidding Brief Session

     - Friday, April 10: Agency Proposal Submission (submission deadline: 5pm via e-mail)

     - Tuesday, April 14: Agency Presentation (depends on the initial review)

     - Wednesday, April 15: Agency Selection
